What information should include when sending an 1nquiry?

The more detail you can provide, the better. Ideally, include the part number (if known), the brand or manufacturer, the lift or escalator model, a description of the component, and the quantity required. If you have a photo of the failed part, that is also extremely helpful. You can send photos directly via WhatsApp or email.

Can I send a photo of a component instead of a part number?

Yes, absolutely. Photos are often more helpful than descriptions when parts are unlabelled or worn. Send clear photos of the component — ideally showing any labels, markings, or identification numbers — via WhatsApp or email, and our team will identify and source the correct replacement.

How do I request a quotation?

You can request a quotation by completing the enquiry form on our Contact page, sending an email to [email protected], or messaging us via WhatsApp. Include the part details, brand, and quantity required, and we will respond with pricing and availability as quickly as possible.

Which product categories do you supply?

We supply spare parts and components across three core categories: Lift Spare Parts (passenger lifts, goods lifts, service lifts), Escalator Spare Parts (escalators, moving walkways), and Accessibility Solutions (platform lifts and stairlifts). Which brands do you supply parts for?

We currently support KONE, Schindler, Otis, Mitsubishi Electric, Hyundai Elevator, and Sigma. However, our sourcing capability extends beyond these brands. If your equipment is from a different manufacturer, please contact us with the brand name and part details, and we will do our best to assist.

Do you supply genuine OEM parts or compatible alternatives?

We supply both genuine OEM parts and high-quality compatible alternatives, depending on availability and customer preference. Where OEM parts are requested, we will source accordingly. Where a compatible alternative may offer a cost or availability advantage, we will advise you clearly so you can make an informed decision.

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. For urgent requirements, we recommend contacting us via phone or WhatsApp for a faster response. Clear and detailed enquiries help us respond more quickly and accurately.

Can i order multiple different parts in a single enquiry?

Yes. You are welcome to include multiple part requirements in a single enquiry. Please list each part clearly — including brand, part number or description, and quantity — and we will respond with pricing for each item.

What if the part i need is not on your website?

Our website is not an exhaustive product catalogue — it gives an overview of the categories and types of parts we supply. If you need a component that is not listed, please contact us directly. We will assess your requirement and confirm whether we can source it for you.
